You only need to work on your iPhone or iPad and there is no trouble of using a scanner or printer.
This app is available for free. It can be used on all iPads, iPhones 3Gs & above and iPod Touches 3rd Generation & above. Start using DocuSign by creating an account with the app. You can also log in with your social networks accounts details. A verification email will be sent. After this process, you can fill the forms and sign the documents.
When a document is sent to you to sign, search for the attachment and touch it. Select ‘Open In DocuSign Ink‘. You are now within the app. The app starts the processing for signing the document. Also, an image of the printed document can be taken and imported to the app.
To test your signature, a rough document is given by the app. You can try out your signatures on this document and set any of these as a default signature.
There are various methods to sign a form or fill it. Apart from adding a signature, you can add your name, date, check any box, input text etc. You can try all this on the testing document. Once it is completed, the app saves your initials and signatures. Now you only need to drag the signature to sign any document.
Text field is adjustable and you can put any text of your choice. The size of the text box can be changed depending upon the type and area. The name that you have used while signing up is added to the document.
When you are done with the signatures, click on ‘Finish’. Your document will be inserted in to youremail in the form of .pdf. You can select a recipient. You can also add more text if required.
This app has a drawback. You cannot change the position of your signature or rotate it. The document has to be imported to an editor through which you can rotate the form. DocuSign Inksupports screencaps and photos. An image of a form can be taken and this can be rotated in the photos.
This app requires you to follow lesser steps than the traditional method. It is easy, fast and simple.DocuSign Ink works with other apps including Dropbox and Safari.
