Facebook has released a step-by-step guide that has everything you need to know to create a Facebook Page for your website, your business or anything else that you own or represent*.

The guide will mostly appeal to newbies who have never created a Facebook Page before but there’s one tip in the guide that is handy for experienced Facebook users as well – you can post messages on your Page Wall by sending a text from your mobile phone.You can add your mobile device to your Page for Status Updates by texting “f” to 32665 (FBOOK). After the Page is linked with your mobile number, send a text to 32665 (FBOOK) to post an Update to your Wall.If you associate a mobile number to your Page, that number cannot be associated to your profile or another Page.

[*] Don’t create a Facebook page for your favorite sports star or another website that you are a fan of since own only “official representatives” can create pages. You can however create a Facebook group instead of a page.
