Our Pad: Sharing & Accessing Multiple Accounts On Your iPad

You share your iPad with your family members and friends. You perform many tasks on the iPad. Every user accesses his own Facebook and e-mail accounts on the iPad. One has to sign out from one account to use his own.

Apple has introduced various log-in accounts feature to be used in Mac. Some similar feature should be used in the iOS devices too.

How Our Pad Works

By using Our Pad, separate accounts can be made by you, your family members and groups for social networking and e-mail sites such as Gmail, Facebook, Yahoo Mail, Twitter and Hotmail.

Our Pad keeps your password safe. Passwords are not sent anywhere. These are used within your device by using Keychain lockbox of Apple.

This setup solves the concern of signing in and out of similar accounts again and again.
You tap your name or press Home button to log out of an account. In case you do not remember to log out, it will be done automatically by Our Pad when iPad is on sleep or idle mode.

Add More Accounts

It is very easy to add accounts on Our Pad. On starting the application, you are asked for the user name. Accounts can be added to various sites that are related to your work.

Long pattern is drawn in another screen so that the account can be unlocked. You have the choice to make the pattern simple or difficult considering the security level and the user. This feature of lock pattern will be welcomed by the iPad users as it is useful in signing into iPad.

In case you do not remember the lock pattern, user account has to be deleted in question. You have to set up the same again.

Click on ‘Next’. Add those accounts which you wish to sign into. This process saves the name of the user and the password for every account. This saves you from typing these again and again.

Once you are finished with this process, it becomes very easy to switch between your social accounts and email. Our Pad is quite fast and functions fairly well.

You have the option to change the sign-in pattern name or reset it for the accounts which already exist. You can delete these too.
