Hand Gestures

Gesture navigation is an excellent feature of this web browser. You only need to draw a predefined symbol or letter to navigate to a particular site. To go to Twitter, draw ‘T’. Similarly, draw ‘G’ to visit Google. You can edit and add symbols and addresses.

You do not need to type the URL to go to the site of your choice while using this feature. The only drawback is that the gesture button has to be tapped for drawing a symbol. The symbol should be drawn by tapping anywhere.

In order to go to the top or bottom of the page, you have the option to draw symbols. But again, you have to tap many times on the Gesture button. Other features include a double tap for zooming in and out the page & a multi-touch zoom to enlarge text.

Speed Dial and Webzine

A new feature ‘Speed Dial’ has also been included in Dolphin. In Speed Dial, MoboTab does not include the thumbnail webpage images. But Webzines includes this feature.

Webzines comprises of many preselected websites such as Fast Company, MSN Money, CNN Business and other Yahoo sites. Tapping few pages will not show you the whole story. What you get is the content on a particular page without any ads and other content. The drawback of Webzine is that there is no option to go back to the initial page of the story.
